Enhances memory and cognitive functions, as it engages in multiple areas of the brain
Enhance language skills, spatial-temporal reasoning, and problem solving abilities
Stimulates creative thinking
Primary Students (under 3 years old) will be introduced to music at an early age. Music becomes a sensory experience that stimulates their brains, encourages movement, and builds emotional connections. Simple songs, rhythmic clapping, and soothing lullabies can help infants recognize patterns, develop listening skills, and bond with caregivers. As they grow into toddlers, incorporating interactive music activities, such as dancing, playing with simple instruments, promotes motor skills, language development, and self-expression.
Secondary Students (3 years and up) will benefit greatly from weekly music lessons by classically trained violinists or pianists. Lessons will be once a week and there will be daily practice while children are in school. There will also be recitals throughout the year for families to attend.
